All orders are shipped UPS Ground and/or USPS from our studio in Brooklyn, NY 2-3 business days upon confirmation. We also ship internationally, delivery times vary upon country.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders in the United States from Brooklyn, NY. All orders shipped using UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Orders will ship 2-3 business days upon confirmation. For international orders, shipping rates are applied during checkout. Feel free to contact us with special delivery needs, e.g. Saturday delivery.

For domestic express orders, please submit by 3:30pm ET for next business day delivery. Notify us via email for expedited international orders.

3. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, COUPON & SALE ITEMS
Yes, we accept exchanges. Once we receive the item, we will send your alternate, as per our standard shipping policy. In terms of the shipping cost, customer pays for the return and exchange. Each exchange will be handled on a case by case basis.
Yes, we process returns. The original purchase price on items that are returned to us within 14 calendar days of delivery in their “original condition” qualifies for a full refund. “Original condition” means that the item does not show any sign of extended wear or damage by pet use, machine washing or spot cleaning by owner. LoveThyBeast reserves the right to make the final decision about whether a returned item is in its original condition.
Yes, we allow cancellations. Please contact us via phone or email within 2 hours of your order confirmation. You will then receive an acknowledgement of cancellation via e-mail. Refunds will be processed in 2-5 business days, depending on your payment type. If an order has already shipped, the RETURNS guideline will apply.
No, We do not accept returns from items on sale. All products purchased on sale or with a coupon offer can not be returned for a refund.

In case an error is discovered, LoveThyBeast reserves the right to update this information without prior notice, and refuse or cancel orders until correct information is available. If your payment has been processed and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund.
Our pack does its best to photograph and describe our images as truthfully as possible. The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. If you are unsure about the shade, let us know. We are happy to help.
