A Message From Our Team About COVID-19 

We are living in very difficult times and there are many unknowns. What we do know is that the strength of our culture and the loyalty of our customers are what have sustained us through tough times.  We are here to serve you and to support you, and we will get through this together.

Empire State Development has determined that Pet Food and supply is an essential business, therefore our East Village location will remain open with limited hours. 

Starting on 4/27 We Will Be Open Monday - Saturday 

During the reduced hours of 11am - 5pm at our East Village Location 
300 E5th Street New York,NY 10003

  • We will only let 1 healthy person at a time in the store
  • All customers must wear a protective personal mask when shopping in the store and practice social distancing (6ft from eachother).  

We are also offering in store pick-up options at our East village location. 

In order to slow the spread of COVID-19, our Hudson, NY and Grand Central Terminal stores are temporarily closed. The health and safety of our employees and community is our priority.  

As always, we remain open and ready to serve you online.  

Orders are shipping regularly on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's to the best of our ability.  Please keep in mind that certain items may be delayed up to 3 business days.  

We will be processing Returns/Exchanges on a case-by-case basis, however our Return/Exchange policy has not changed.  Please contact us at hello@lovethybeast.com to begin a request.
