Orders typically ship within 1-2 days of receipt. During holidays or peak sale seasons, order processing times may take up to 3 days. We strive to make your shopping experience with LoveThyBeast seamless, please be in touch if there are any special requests or questions about your order.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal payments.

All orders ship from New York, NY via USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted. We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100 a flat rate cost of $6.00 will be charged for USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit times vary from 1 to 5 business days depending on the delivery address. Feel free to contact us with special delivery needs, i.e. Saturday delivery.

For domestic express orders, please submit by 12pm EST for next business day delivery. 

International Orders 
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate cost of $29. Depending on the destination, please allow 5 - 20 business days for delivery. Need it sooner? Please email us for expedited delivery service.

Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

Our Online Return Policy

We will process returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days starting from the date of delivery of your item. After 14 calendar days your item will not be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit. Please be mindful of our policy.

All items must be returned in original condition, with no pet hair, and with all original packaging to qualify for a return or an exchange. Please note that the following items are not available for return or exchange and are considered final sale: beds or mats, blankets, treats, all pet toys, mugs, and all other pet lover gifts

When shipping back the item, please include a print-out of your emailed order confirmation or reference to the original order confirmation (including name and date of purchase). Shipments of returns/exchanges are at customer’s expense. 


You may return your order for a store credit, or a full refund. If you choose to return for a refund you will be sent a pre-paid return label, and a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover the cost of the return label.

If your requested return is over $500, you will be charged a 7% restocking fee. This charge will be deducted from your overall refund or store credit total.

You may return your item in our retail stores but they also must be return/exchanged within 14 calendar days starting from the date of delivery of your item. No exceptions will be allowed.

International Returns

As an international customer you may return an order for store credit or a refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own return label. Please email us a tracking number when you have dropped your package off at your local post office or ship center.

Other things to note:

Any items purchased with a discount code will not be refunded, you may receive a store credit only. Items that are SALE ARE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges, or store credit will be possible. We offer some deep discounts on our sale items and you just have to take the gamble or ask for our advice before placing your order.


Please contact us via phone or email within 2 hours of your order confirmation. You will then receive an acknowledgment of cancellation via e-mail. Refunds will be processed in 2-5 business days, depending on your payment type. If an order has already shipped, the RETURNS guideline will apply. 

Sale Items
We do not accept returns from items on sale. All products purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund or exchanged. 

Oops! Love the product, and it’s not in stock? It’s just too hot.
In case an error is discovered, LoveThyBeast reserves the right to update this information without prior notice, and refuse or cancel orders until the correct information is available. If your payment has been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund.

Product Photography
Our pack does its best to photograph and describe our images as truthfully as possible.  The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. If you are unsure about the shade, let us know. We are happy to help.
